General Information
If you have an open active order use that order ticket otherwise remain calm and [ contact us ] as soon as possible and describe the issue you are having. Spam, threats, profanity, and active third party disputes are the best way to not receive support.
In the event a service is being cancelled a refund for the unfinished portion via a coupon code will be issued. If the buyer changes their mind and wishes to receive a refund on the original payment method, it may be granted minus the payment processor fees.
Active Orders
Simply reply to your [ current order request ] or via email. If unable to locate this for some reason, [ contact us ] indicating the need to stop service or reply to your current order support ticket. If an order is banned or suspended for any reason during service, we will offer a refund or to continue once it is over. This does not include suspensions caused by the buyer prior to (or during) ordering service.
Completed Orders
If for a completed order [ contact us ] with any information you have relevant to the problem. A response is always provided within 12 hours, often much sooner.
As a reminder, any service for any game is against the game publisher TOS and you are willingly violating it when purchasing services from our site or any other. Spam, threats, profanity, and third party disputes are the best way to be denied any solution and blocked from further contact. Depending on the nature of the issue you will be directed and/or instructed with what would need to be done and/or any offer in compensation.
