Accessing Assigned Orders

 

  • Check the Discord available-orders channel and message a manager or admin with the order ID.

Phase 1: Starting

 

Indicate you are starting. Some games may require showing a screen shot be provided directly to us when assigned, often with requirements.

Phase 2: Stopping

 

When stopping for a prolonged period of time fill out the form linked on Discord.

 

Phase 3: Resuming

 

Always resume within the estimated time frame you provided the customer. If unable you must tell a manager or admin on Discord as soon as possible.

 

Phase 4: Completion

 

 When your order is complete, fill out the form linked on Discord.

 

 

 

Applying For A Position

You may apply for a position and we will respond if we feel you would be needed. No updates or responses will be provided unless accepted. Applications are reviewed only when additional or replacement boosters are needed. If selected, you will be contacted back via the email used on the application with directions to follow. Review the details in support to carefully to limit the time needed for questions once accepted.
